My name is Keith Donald. I’m a business owner, software developer, family man, guitarist, and athlete.

I grew up in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. I live in Melbourne, Florida.

In August of 2004, I co-founded SpringSource with Rod Johnson, Juergen Hoeller, and Colin Sampaleanu. In December 2011, I founded Pastime, where I also act as General Manager.

I started this blog to document and share my experience running a tech startup. I hope you find the insight and discussion here useful in your own career.
